Select the project
Sign in with Autodesk, choose the hub and project you are managing, then open the Export tab.

Add New Project Users
To add users, simply download the template file, fill in the required information, and upload it.

Export the current team
Download an Excel file containing the current member index, including email, name, roles, company, products, access level, status, and added date.

Edit with purpose
Use the exported file as your baseline. Update names, roles, company or product access, add new people, or include an action column when you need to remove a member.

Validate, then import
Upload the revised file. Access Manager checks the rows and available project roles before you run the approved changes and review the result.
